Pet-friendly accommodations allow for a dog up to 85 pounds (up to 35 pounds in our hotel Garden Studios and up to 85 pounds in our hotel Garden Cottages and designated dog-friendly weekly home rentals). When searching for dog friendly accommodations online, please make sure to add “1” in the DOG section when adding number of guests so only the dog friendly homes will show.  If any reservations are booked including any August date, your pet will be removed from the reservation and unfortunately will not be allowed in the home/on property.

Please Note: We have a limited number of pet-friendly rooms and they must be reserved in advance. Any persons having an unauthorized dog on-site will potentially be asked to leave the property or board the dog. There is only one dog allowed per accommodation/stay.

There is a $70 per night pet fee (plus tax), which will be charged upon booking with your dog. This is a non-refundable fee. We ask that you keep your dog leashed at all times when outside your accommodation. Dogs are not allowed in the Hotel common areas or The Dunes restaurant. Pets are not allowed during the month of August (for any online bookings made with pets during this period, the pet will be removed and any associated fees refunded).

Additional Information:

• Don’t leave your furry best friend alone for extended periods in your accommodation as it may start barking. Please crate your dog when you leave your accommodation.
• To ensure we don’t disrupt your pup’s relaxation time, please place the “Pet In-Room” hanger (provided at check-in) on the outside of your door whenever your pet is in your room.
• Please keep your dog off of the bedding in your accommodation.
• Please be respectful of other hotel guests as not everyone is comfortable around dogs.
• Animal Healthcare Associated (508-693-6515) provides boarding, grooming, veterinarian, and emergency services for your dog if needed.
